  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water, add salt generously, and bring to a boil.
  2. Cook bowtie pasta until just al dente, drain without rinsing and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well coated.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add seasoned chicken to skillet and cook 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through, then remove chicken and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat.
  7. Add minced garlic and cook 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  8. Pour in chicken broth and stir; simmer gently for a few minutes to blend flavors.
  9. Return chicken to skillet and add cooked bowtie pasta, tossing gently to coat noodles in sauce.
  10. Cook together for 2-3 minutes to let flavors meld.
  11. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over the dish.
  12. Serve warm and enjoy.
