  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, almond flour, grated Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt; stir until a thick, even dough forms.
  3. Spoon the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Place a second sheet of parchment paper over the dough and use a rolling pin to roll the dough evenly between the sheets to about 1/8-inch (3 mm) thickness.
  5. Carefully peel off the top parchment sheet.
  6. Score the dough into roughly 1.5-inch (4 cm) squares with a pizza cutter or sharp knife without separating the pieces.
  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the edges are golden and the center feels firm.
  8. Remove the pan from the oven and break the crackers apart along the score lines, spreading them out in a single layer.
  9. Return the crackers to the oven and bake another 5 to 10 minutes until deeply golden and crispy.
  10. Cool the crackers completely on a wire rack before serving or storing.
